Works at Children's Perspective because
Every child, regardless of background, diagnosis or challenge, is entitled to equal and fair opportunities. Opportunities that help them to grow up healthy, promising and safe in an appropriate way. This is what I like to use my expertise and personal experience for. These two things also help me take a slightly different and participatory approach to a project. Whether I'm developing innovative ideas or products in the Children's Perspective Lab Or guiding and implementing the Children's Perspective Camps. I hope that my contribution has a direct impact on the lives of children and young people. So that every child gets a new (developmental) perspective.

I find it super that I can use my personal experiences and expertise to create a better future perspective for children and young people. For me, it goes without saying that every project we do, every idea we have or every tool we develop has an immediate positive impact on the lives of children and youth. Children's Perspective is truly a unique organization precisely because we take the time to work with children, youth and network partners to create solutions that really help them. And of course that is sometimes challenging, but it always yields valuable, new insights.
