Works at Children's Perspective because
I feel we can make a real difference for children, young people and professionals in the Netherlands and Southeastern Europe. We don't sit still; we are constantly thinking of creative solutions to create small miracles with minimal resources to achieve maximum impact. As a concept thinker, I like to contribute to the early stages of almost all the projects we do. This is where I like to use my strength to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas. The international and intercultural nature keeps it challenging and educational. So does the constant flow of fresh ideas and perspectives from our partner organizations abroad. With my drive, creativity, knowledge of the Dutch and international youth aid field and ability to bring ideas to fruition, I hope to take Kinderperspectief as an organization a step further and inspire employees.

Runs hot for
My work is not an ordinary job; it is my passion. It is the stories of young people who are finding or have found their way in the complex field of youth aid that give my work meaning. Listening to their stories, understanding their challenges and coming up with creative and practical solutions together is what I love doing most. In addition, the international aspect of my work literally and figuratively broadens my horizons. Whether it is working visits or youth exchange weeks, each international experience enriches my view of the world and forces me to look at my own work with fresh eyes.
