  • The Growth Diamond Project exists to guide young, emerging organizations in Southeastern Europe on their journey to success. Children's Perspective supports the organization, "the growth diamond," in setting goals and strategy so that it becomes more stable, stronger and independent. The organization receives assistance in creating a strategic plan, related planning and, if necessary, the implementation process.

    Method of working Growth Diamond

Growth Diamond is all about a new approach to donation. Children's Perspective is no longer just a donor or controller, but above all a partner, supporter, mentor and biggest fan. After all, we believe in the idea of joint growth. And want to accelerate the development of emerging organizations in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

A process facilitator appointed by us organizes a strategy session in collaboration with the selected organization in which we look back and forward together. In the process, we pull out all kinds of tools. The result? A strategic multi-year plan. With this plan in hand, the step towards implementation can be taken. The process counsellor keeps a close eye on the growth project and looks at how and when Children's Perspective can be of significance in this phase.

    Others about us

"It was great. The process went quietly and step by step. Everyone was allowed to contribute their opinions. The supporting workshops and tools helped well and were interesting."

    Novica, participant

"I really liked the atmosphere, cooperation and active attitude of everyone. We had many interesting ideas for the future of our organization. It also showed me how to improve my own contribution."

    Aleksandar, participant

"I found it quite a bit exciting. But the process was well guided. We now have our priorities in much sharper focus, as well as the common goals we are working on."
